The history of the company in Romania began in 2007.
The company partners have been involved in construction projects with construction, planning and consulting services in Romania since 2007 – when Romania joined the EU.
The first project in Romania was the project management for the construction of the Fuchs spice factory in Curtea de Arges in 2007/2008 after the successful project management for the construction of the Fuchs spice factory (main headquarters) in Dissen, Germany in the years 2002 to 2005 and other building construction projects in Germany in the years 2000 to 2012, among other projects, the rebuilding and modernization of the electricity station in Berlin Kreuzberg in the years 2000 to 2003, contract management for the training center of the company Voith in Heidenheim, for a shopping center in Wuppertal, various other building construction measurements in NRW, hydraulic water engineering on the river Rhine, and with the project management for the shopping center “Am Kronengarten” in Hilden.
In Romania, the Fuchs project in Curtea de Arges in 2007 was followed by countless other projects, e.g. in Bucharest, Constanta, Brasov, Sigishoara, Sinia, Azuga, Predeal, Sibiu, Deva, Cluj, Arad, Craiova in building construction and factory construction, construction of halls and administration buildings, as well as in the construction of infrastructure projects (hydraulic and ground engineering in the Sulina Canal, railway line construction in the Corridor IV, construction of train stations, construction of a factory for construction materials, sewage and drinking water projects, etc.).
Berlin-Bucharest Construction S.R.L. was founded in its current form in 2017.

Planning
We plan your construction project with German, international and Romanian architects and all the necessary specialist engineers, e.g. B. Structural engineers, fire protection, TGA - technical building equipment, HLS heating, ventilation, plumbing, energy planners, SiGeKo, etc..
We verify the construction law situation (PUG Plan Urbanistic General, PUZ Plan Urbanistic Zonal, Certificat de Urbanism, Autorizatie de Construciere, Avize de Mediu, etc.)
We hire surveyors, soil surveyors, environmental surveyors, etc. for feasibility studies and basic research.
We coordinate the entire planning through to construction and completion.
On request, we can create the planning in BIM (Building Information Modeling).
We provide the tender and coordinate the awarding of the construction services.
We provide construction site supervision.
We create the documentation.
